Living in North-East Portland

The Hollywood District!

Hawthorn District

Sauvie Island

U-pick Farms on the Island

Beaches...

Cathedral Park
(under the east side of the St. Johns Bridge)

Red Robbin across from IKEA

Alberta Art District

Cathedral Park at night

I really like the area of Portland I live in. The neighborhood I actually live in is called Rose City Park Neighborhood, but i'm always riding my bike through the Hollywood District to get to down town and I go there for grocery shopping, church and the Saturday farmer's market. I also thoroughly enjoy exploring other areas of the city such as neighborhoods in South East Portland (Hawthorn District & Belmont District), the parks and recently Alberty Art District. It's fun making discoveries of neat places like Sauvie Island and Cathedral park as well. It's pretty hard to get borred in this city if you're willing to step outside your door and look around. I've really only taken the first step, there is so much more to see and get involved in.
